I can't say what it's like to be a big sis to anyone... tho I tried my hardest as a kid to get my parents to give me a baby sibling. I even went so far as to ask if we could trade my oldest brother in for a sister. That didn't work, either. Ach well, I adore you Paul, wouldn't trade you for a thing... You, too, Justin.

But when it comes to being a big or lil sib, it sure is fun when you can boast about it, even on your tee shirt!

He's the new (and first) baby for my friends Jackie and Karl and he's a little muffin. Just look at that face.

I got to meet him on day 2 of his life earlier this week and it was official, he's Henry....

But in an effort to never let go of the nickname he was given while in the womb, I made him a little something.

Congrats to the new Mom & Dad! May the force be with you!

Why is it when I have so so so much on my to-do list that I find myself doing things like this?

I mean I really did need an oven mitt. Truly, didn't own a single one before now...

But if you saw my To-Do list it would blow your mind and you'd then wonder why is it when she has so so much to do does she end up doing things like this?

Wweeell I started this post with a Halloween theme in mind. It had skulls and cross bones, the whole 9... But then I realized I haven't downloaded pictures in ages and have nothing new. Since I feel as though I haven't posted anything in ages, either, here's a pic of a fun long sleeve chunky necklace tee I did recently.

There's something fun about getting a new tee and new jewelry all in one!

My Ultra Cool friend Lori invited me to thePayless Shoesource headquarters for an opportunity to meet the Hot Mess himself, Christian Siriano!

How psyched was I?

He's collaborating with Payless on a shoe line and was there on a meet-the-staff / book signing junket.

I waited patiently in a long line of people eager to meet the little guy. They brought everything from his new book to his new Payless shoe designs for him to sign.

It was finally my turn.... We chatted about friends in common and I got his Fierce autograph on a couple of photos of my nephew Dylan who, in the photo, is crawling behind the backdrop of the Project Runway set runway.

4 Today! - Finally.

It's been a much anticipated birthday AND he thought the new '4 Tee' was 'Cool' which is what really matters, right?

So we had cupcakes for breakfast.

I'm not sure why I think of these candles as 'Old School' as they're still just as popular today as they were when I turned six... But it seems to me there's a little something retro about them so I'm stickin' with it, they're old-school.

This 7 was made for a little girl and I think it's going to go over best for the little guys. I'll make a 4 this weekend for my little Punk who will be 4 next week and share that one. Before too long (hopefully, but I'm moving pretty slow today) I'll have another new idea on the same theme to share.

I love to look at Blogs; they're such a strange phenomenon, but I must admit, I love the pictures more than anything. Even tho I care what they have to say (really, sometimes I do) I rarely read what's in print, I go straight for the new photos, I'm a visual person through and through.

I'm going through my photos, in an effort to produce an album for what's new this Fall/Winter & I realize how many photos I have to share but just haven't:

firsts

I didn't expect the first day of first grade to go so well.

But I also didn't expect the second day of first grade to go this well!

I'm so not Blog Savvy, I wonder how the busiest people in the world still manage to manage their blogs, and they look so good! Someday I'll wow you all with a savage blog, but until then I hope you continue to visit, look and most of all Enjoy.
The necklace tee is one of my new fave's, I've got necklaces on my tees, on my dresses and even on my wife beaters! Snazzin' it up best I can! Happy Wednesday, back to work....

Did I just say Back-To-School? Believe it or not I did. Kids around here only have a measly 33 days to soak up what's left of summer. boo-hiss.

Flowers aren't blooming from the ground but they're blooming on my hip, cuff, hat, trim, glove, lapel, you name it, I'm in a flower frenzy. Spring in in My Air.
